Maggie Grace Cast in “Breaking Dawn"

Maggie Grace has been cast as vampire Irina in Breaking Dawn, Gossip Cop has confirmed.
Grace is perhaps best known for her stint on “Lost” as Shannon, and her role as Liam Neeson’s imperiled daughter in Taken.

Her “Twilight Saga” character is a member of the Denali coven who blames the Cullen clan for the death of her lover.

Taylor Lautner toilet attack...

Taylor Lautner may not be as famous as his Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson but he certainly has his share of Jacob Black fanatics. And apparently, despite his bulk, fans still managed to trap Taylor Lautner in a portable toilet (of all places!) and security had to haul Lautner away from screaming fans!
Taylor Lautner was almost hauled by fans inside a toilet.

Reports say that Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob Black in the Twilight Saga,  passed by a portable toilet when he heard what he described as female shrieks.
Lautner knocked on the door and asked them if they were alright. Lautner was surprised by  the female fans who managed to get hold of him and tried to drag him to the portable toilet.

"We love you, Taylor! We just want to talk to you!" chanted the fans, as they attempted to drag Taylor Lautner inside the toilet.

Fortunately for Taylor, the security guards managed to rescue him.

Breaking Dawn Birth Scene Will Be As Intense As The Book

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Bella's birth scene in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn," won't shy away from the intensity seen in the Stephenie Meyer novel, according to the movie's screenwriter.

"We're working on it," screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg told E! Online's Marc Malkin when asked about the book's birth scene, one in which Kristen Stewart's character gives birth to Renesmee. "And we're working on it to be as intense as it is in the book."

According to Rosenberg, the scene won't be all about the gore.

"I don't think it's about the amount of blood you show," Rosenberg explained. "It's about the intensity of it. It's on their faces. It's all from Bella's point of view when you're seeing what's going. It should feel visceral. I think it's going to be pretty intense."

As for when the "Breaking Dawn" scripts will be finished, Rosenberg said she has a firm deadline.

"It better damn well be before the beginning of November," she said, "Because that's when we start shooting."

‘The Twilight Saga’ Was Almost Made Into An Action Series!

Bella & Edward

Hollywood Life interviewed Twilight producer Mark Morgan who reveals that a different studio nearly bought the rights to Stephenie Meyers’ books — and turned Edward and Bella’s love story into a vampire action flick!

So what WOULD you have seen in this parallel Twilight universe? “They wanted to go more with an action movie,” Mark explained. “They had Bella [Kristen Stewart] fighting back. They had her father dying in one of the scripts, actually, and her becoming a vampire in the first movie. There were a lot of weird things that I don’t think they understood at the time, because the books were just becoming popular. By the time [the script] got to Summit, they were smart enough to say ‘You know what? Let’s throw out all the old scripts and let’s start from scratch.”
We’re not talking little tweaks here and there either, BFFs — Mark says Paramount wanted to change EVERYTHING about the movie you love so much! “[They wanted to change] everything,” he confirmed. “Ironically, I love Paramount, but I do not think they would have hired Catherine, our first director. They would have gone for someone bigger. Boys. More action. I mean, one of their drafts literally had a Korean FBI agent who was hunting and tracking vampires across the coast. There was SWAT in the trees and literally it was like, ‘Red leader, read leader 1′ and the vampires were picking them out of the woods. It would have been a different movie.”
